We are agents to long-time (over 25 years) rough diamond seller who principal is retiring due to age and health-related issues.
We currently have 1800ct gem quality rough ranging from 1 to 20carat. The Clarity is IF - SI, the Color is D-K.
Buyers may also send their specifications/requirements and we would gladly provide a quote/manifest.
Our preference is to deal with US customers/buyers ONLY, but we will consider other customers/buyers in Europe who agree to the following minimum requirements before any/all other considerations:
i. Sign a NCND/NDA.
ii. Agree to make New York the centre of arbitration, if need be.*
iii. Have a Brinks account.
iv. Any other conditions apropos to the peculiarity of the business.
Rest assured, the buyer will get
i. Original Invoice made to buyer.
ii. Kimberly certificates.
iii. Certificates of Origin.
iv. Certificates of Non-Criminal Origin.
v. Certificate of Ownership and/or transfer.
These terms are minimal and not exhaustive, but we have no doubt that credible buyers will absolutely appreciate these contractual provisions which serves the interest of all parties.
