We are an offshore syndicate that specializes in the purchase and sale of crude and refined oil products. We have contractual allocations of crude oil from multiple sources, in multiple countries. We refine a portion of this crude through third party refineries and sell the balance. We market the resulting refined products ourselves but our refining capabilities cannot supply sufficient quantities to fill all of our orders. To accommodate these deficiencies, we have entered into contracts with multiple refineries to supply the shortfall. WE ARE NEITHER BROKERS NOR AGENTS.
