Our additive is able to be used directly in place of water during the manufacturing of concrete for pouring and is able to be used directly in mortar and grout. The additive aids in blocking water from passing through while allowing for wator vapor to escape. This product is great for freeze thaw protection. All of our product inherently inhibits mold, mildew and algae growth by simply starving the plant roots the water it needs to grow. This is not a herbicide which makes it freindly to the environment, no odor and no affects on the surroundings.

Our patent protected products have been developed for use in a number of surface sealing applications, with a strong focus on residential and commercial durable hard surfaces such as tile, stone, grout, and cement.
