Our mission is to provide the best tasting shrimp from the gulf. We are expanding quickly because of this fact. We do have the best service in this industry because we have our own delivery department. While providing the shrimps, we would also like to introduce to our clients Louisiana crawfish. One of the most addictive food in the world.
Jack Nguyen moved to Louisiana from California in July 2001 to build a shrimp boat. He abandoned the plan when he found out the domestic seafood industry is losing its battle against the imported seafood. Jack stayed in Louisiana to continue his work as a trucker working for oil companies. Family and friends visit Jack constantly. While they are in town, Jack would take them down the docks to buy fresh seafood. Californians are proud of the fact that they get cater with the world's finest. But when they had a taste of the fresh catch shrimps, and the cajun style crawfish, they had to boxed those to bring back to California. Jack had so many calls from back home to store up crawfish and shrimps that he just had to start up this company in April 2004, and officially in February 2005. It's a new company but the market has great demand for quality shrimps. Since Jack is a driver, the orders are always get delivered on time. Jack buys and delivers the goods himself.
We are in the process of incorporate with investors who are in the same business to open warehouses to provide these wonderful products to the entire country.
