Applied Business Science (ABS) uses quantitative and statistical methods and quality science methodologies to conduct studies and analyses on projects that design, develop, evaluate and or optimize supply chains, irrespective of industry.
As management consultants and brokers of raw materials we develop a supply chain based on the needs and requirements of the buyer and the resources and capabilities of the seller. The buyers needs and requirements and the sellers resources and capabilities are evaluated to determine if a fully integrated process can be developed to generate a win-win situation for both sides.
The final result is for the buyer and seller to have a long-term relationship that is stable and standardized in such a way where the buyer receives reliable, on-time supplies at a reasonable price and the seller has a schedule of deliveries from the buyer that allows the conduct of long-term planning and cost effective deliveries of raw materials.
ABS simulates the process to ensure that it is workable, performs efficiently and is cost effective. Thus, before any major cost is incurred by either side of the supply chain the process has been reviewed for stability and cost.
As an objective broker, ABS also evaluates a number of other type projects to ensure that management receives accurate and reliable information that will assist in their decision making. The projects where ABS can apply it's skills can range from an evaluation of a concept to determine its requirements and specifications, to the development of a process to meet managements objectives, to the improvement of a process that has become inefficient and or ineffective (wasteful and or costly). Process improvement is a typical project of ABS.
Please feel free contact us with your ideas and goals and we will provide a plan of action to meet your operational objectives.
Our objective is your success and long-term profitable growth.
