In May 2004, North American Scientific acquired NOMOS Corporation, a privately held manufacturer of medical equipment for the radiation therapy market. In addition, our research and innovation continues with our cutting-edge development of an important radiopharmaceutical imaging agent. Now we are evolving into knowledge-based industries. Electrical engeneering and anti-radiation electrical facilities is our new industry, we are trying to become a multi-industry group with top priority given to its research and development.
