Innovative Building Products manufactures an alternative green building material, referred to as Structural Insulated Panels SIP. The patented Panel is an exceptional building product, exhibiting unusual strength and durability, and is fully insulated, boasting a surprising R24 insulating value. It is lightweight, water resistant, and does not contain or create living conditions required for the growth of fungus, mold, dust, and insect, making it an ideal building material. In construction use, the SIP demonstrates unique interlocking abilities, which will allow unskilled laborers, with little or no tools, to construct an entire home in hours, as opposed to conventional building materials.
IBP is interested in supplying and establishing associates such as global contractors in commercial infrastructure and housing developments. In emerging economies skilled labor and conventional building materials is in enormous demand but at an all time premium rate. The SIP panel will promptly address the burgeoning demand for quality and affordable housing.
