Southeastern Truck & Trailer Company is engaged in the lease/maintenance business for trucks and trailers. We also sell small portable diesel power equipment.

I worked for a truck leasing company for ten years before starting Southeastern Truck & Trailer Company. We've been in business over twenty years. While our main source of business is in the repair of transportation equipment, through the years we've branched out into small construction equippment such as backhoes, air compressors, trenching equipment, and related equipment in the maintenance of under ground utilitiy services. This involves small diesel portable equipment like generators, welders and pumps.

In the transportation repair, we've always maintained transport refrigeration units that all require small diesel engines. Therefore, with a large number of small diesel engines in our customers fleets, and the repair and maintenance of these requiring inventory and training, selling small portable diesel power equipment seemed a good logical fit.

I wrote the business plan for the diesel power equipment venture. It became obvious that we needed some good suppliers of small diesel power equipment. An international search turned up some good suppliers. Now, we stock all the units we advertise in our brochures. We sell, service and repair all the units we sell. We are rolling out a commercial, quiet, installed unit complete with switching gear for back up power generation in the residential market.

From the very largest trucks and truck related components to the smallest efficient portable diesel power equipment, we sell and service it all with the quickest turn around time and lowest cost per unit in the industry. A combination that can't be beat!
