Samco Oil, LLC is an independent Oil and Natural Gas Exploration and Production Company based in Lafayette, Louisiana. Samco is involved in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas resources. Our activities include the acquisition of producing properties and leaseholds with potential development opportunities, exploratory drilling, and the operation and development of oil and natural gas production properties. Samco shares revenues and expenses from the development of specified properties in proportion to its ownership interests. Samco Oil is licensed to operate wells in Louisiana through its subsidiary companies.
Samco Oil usually partners with companies and firms which they would like to take non-op working interest positions while Samco Oil stays as operator of the wells.
