Aspen BLDC compressors are Sensorless Brushless DC driven compressors and currently come in two displacements: 1.4cc and 1.9cc per revolution. They provide variable speed control for efficient operation and precise load following. Both of them are extremely compact and lightweight (5.6 cm diameter, 8 cm in height and weighs 580 to 680g with an attached accumulator). Yet, the compressors are capable of providing 360W to 455W of cooling under ASHARE LBP conditions. They have the highest power densities ever obtained in vapor compression compressors: for the same volume, 17 times that of the conventional reciprocating BLDC compressors, and for the same weight 11 times that of the conventional, hitherto most prevalently used reciprocating BLDC compressors. High Performance, High Reliability and Long Life Expectancy

Aspen compressors are made of extreme precision parts with tolerances in a few micron range. In the history of refrigeration compressors, no other refrigeration compressors had to go though more stringent field tests than ours in its early stage of market introduction: at least 1,000 cooling systems using our compressors have been used in high shock and vibration mobile applications under extreme weather conditions of extremely high and low ambient temperatures, humidity, salt and sand, driving rain, for more than two years with no breakdown at the same time demonstrating excellent performance in terms of efficiency and cooling capacity.
