Since 1994, Spahn House Management has been involved in Real Estate, Construction and innovative building.We began purchasing from overseas to reduce our own materials costs in 2003.Back then, the price was great, but often we did not get what we ordered.We learned.Now, Twin Sunrise Group, owned by Spahn House Management Co., preforms this buying function for other Architects, Builders, Retail Stone/Tile/Granite stores, designers, other slab and tile manufacturers, and a few savvy homeowners.We are cost efficient, extremely detailed, and operate on a very thin margin.We have employees on 4 continents who select materials and provide detailed inspections before merchandise leaves port.In fact, it's the reason we chose the name Twin Sunrise, because the sun never sets on our business.Working with us allows you to purchase goods from overseas at the same or less rates than if you did all the research yourself.Plus, we are not on your payroll.We have been at the same location with the same phone numbers since 1994...although we have added a few cell phones since then.We provide old school customer service, and ship to your door, whereever your door may be.
