Our transactions and operations are the most amenable in the market. For instance: Seller and Buyer both sign SPA / contract via email and lodge in their respective banks. Seller puts up a 2% Performance Bond and a POP (verifiable through the supplying co. i. e. NNPC-Nigeria and / Shell screen) through his own bank through to the buyer's bank upon request by the latter. Buyer's follows suit by releasing an LC (in favor of the seller) covering a cargo quantity of 2, 000, 000 barrels upon receipt of the instruments above in his / her own bank.. . the rest of the procedure continues depending on the delivery method adoptedIt is also worthy of mentioning here that, communication (discussion / meeting / conferencing) between the seller and the buyer is allowed at any point or stage in the transaction after the SPA / Contract has been signed by the interests.
