FERS is a new revolutionary service for residential and commercial foundations to reinforce the protection against foundation level flooding and erosion under structure as well as outer structure.
FERS was established on June 3, 2008 and created based on the need to reduce structural damage to homes at the foundation level in high flood prone areas, and because of the difficulty in acquiring flood insurance.

FERS, Inc. is an all-surface design, engineering, and installation organization utilizing water resistant products to ensure the protection of property against flooding. Initially, we designed a process to fix problems that are being seen in the construction of both commercial and residential properties as well as various other structures. Erosion and damage to foundations heretofore has been dealt with after it occurs, FERS, Inc. has come up with the unique idea of trying protect against foundation damage at construction, as well as to mollify damage post construction. Sealing concrete through the process of adhering vapor wrap in a L shaped process ensures that run off, seepage, as well as ever rising water levels will be protected against.
In addition, FERS, Inc. has established a water reclamation system capable of taking large amounts of standing water, rain water, flood water, etc. and turning into a viable source of pure water that can be utilized on an ongoing basis or can be utilized post hurricane or natural disaster as a source of potable water. This system provides a minimum of 4,000 gallons of viable water on an hourly basis and be expanded upon exponentially. Through our unique and eco-friendly process, utlizing renewable resources, we have developed a system whereby water resources that in the South Florida area have perenially been at a shortage, can now be readily available. Not only does this system create a viable and necessary resource, it creates a continuing source of revenue and jobs in a county where quality employment is at a premium.
We are also in the process of completing development of a process whereby we will be able to seal roofs against wind and water damage up to and including hurricane damage. This process can be used as a pre-hurricane preventative and a post-hurricane remedy. FERS, Inc. is continually and actively pursuing new and eco-friendly initiatives that will add to the durability of all contruction types. Every type of project to include bridges, roads, levees, commercial and residential structures, and various other type projects.
