2.Insulation Resistance(IR) testing machine for developing Intrinsically Safe(IS) PCBs that are tobe used in areas where hazardous flammable gases like methane etc are present
SPECIFICATION STANDARDS MAINTAINED for designs
1.IP65 (under which environmental tests of heat, humidity, vibration, impact are done).
2.IEC60079-7( intrinsically safe PCB)
3.IEC600112(maintaining the insulation of materials under moist conditions)
4.IEC60127-1(if there is any provision of fuses in the PCB)
5.IEC60529(for enclosure PCBs)
6.IEC60079-11(for PCBs used in ultra sensitive areas
