ANALYTICAL FLOW TECHNOLOGIES LLC American Made DENSITRAK Liquid Density Meter has been widely used in the Petroleum Pipeline and Refinery Industry (our largest customer), Chemical and Petro Chemical Industry, and Wastewater Treatment for over 15 years, with customers in Nigeria, the United States, Brazil, China, Mexico, Japan, Canada, India, Russia, Pakistan, and many more.
The compact relatively lightweight DENSITRAK Liquid Density Meter utilizes the spring mass principle for measuring fluid density. A portion of the internal resonant U-tube is energized to vibrate at its natural resonant frequency by using an electrical feedback driving system. A change in the vibrating mass, (as a result of change in the fluid density) shifts the resonant frequency.
An optional built-in signal processing unit for density (SPUD) incorporates temperature, pressure and frequency signals to determine the LIVE Real Time density of the measured fluid.
