In 1998 our company started development of real real-time online trading technology. We were one of the first to develop push technology as we understood the limitations of the pull (periodical refresh) technology widely in use then (and now). We first deployed our technology on the currency trading market as we instinctively projected the boom in retail forex (fx) trading worldwide. The huge fx market coupled with the demand for real real-time trading, allowed us to perfect our push technology with our multi layer api.

Our api gives the ability for real real-time data feeds and also creates the capacity to build multi-layered financial transactional and informational networks with multiple clearing levels. Trading systems and user ends are connected directly to a Central platform. Our technology is the fastest real-time data applications available and is backed by our advanced security features. Eighteen months ago we tested our technology on one sun server e4500 with six processors & 4gb memory on 10,000 open active trades & 10,000 simultaneously connected clients without even a hiccup. We currently use six servers (some with full configuration of 12 or 14 processors with 12 GB of memory) and subsequent tests (and new updated technology) have supported our ability to provide high amount of open connections and transactions. Currently we are testing modules which will be more scalable and provide hundreds of thousands open trades. With the right hardware our technology has the potential to connect an unlimited amount of clients simultaneously. We also have experience conforming our technology to the cia triad components for security, as our current platforms focus on data integrity, confidentiality, and high availability.

The two products that we have that citigroup would be interested in are ezcurrency* and ezc PRO charts*:

- ezcurrency* is a transactional trading platform. This platform is composed of a client side, dealer side with in-house developed risk management system/offsetting systems, server side including databases, and back office management side.

Important: All settings including data feed, spread, hedge/non- hedge modes, commissions, overnight interest, auto clearing levels, ib (introducing brokers commissions) and more are adjustable at the level of each individual account.

- ezc PRO charts* is an informational data providing/charting application. Our superior technology allows for a significantly more advanced interface than currently in use. Ezc* PRO charts is a full solution for the professional traders not only to access different markets in real-time, but also to use advanced charting features.
