BACKGROUND: ACG Green Group, Inc. is a worldwide importer and distributor of home decorating products founded in 1991. The company headquarters are in Garden Grove, California. We distribute our products with the help of close to 200 sales representatives throughout the United States. We have showroom/exhibit space in all of the major gift markets including New York, Atlanta, Dallas and Los Angeles. Our international division sells to a worldwide market with the help of agents and distributors.
SUCCESS: We have had consistent sales increases in our 10-year history. We are again projecting double-digit growth from both domestic and international markets for 2001-2005. Contributing to our growth will be a myriad of new products and packaging from our excited product development team.
CUSTOMERS: Our domestic customer list exceeds 20,000 and ranges from Neiman Marcus to Home Depot. We service a wide variety of customers including gift store chains, Department stores, Hallmark card stores, bed and bath stores, home decorating outlets, and jewelry and fragrance manufacturers.
PRODUCT LINES: ACG Green Group, Inc. currently have over 1,000 different products. In order to give more focus to each market segment, we have created five distinct product lines: Fabric Boxes, Decorative pillows, Wooden boxes, Candles and a new elegant Bedding line.
