Cell4Sale Corp. is a wireless services company, based in NY, USA (with a represantative office in Moscow, Russia), engaged in wholesale and retail operations in the cellular phones and accessories market.

In the US we own and operate a number of retail stores that sell phones, accessories and sign up customers for wireless services. Outside of the US we are engaged primarily in wholesale trade and distribution of cellular phones and accessories.

Our company has established good working relationships with a number of local wireless operators (service providers) in several eastern European countries (since 1994). If you are a manufacturer or a major distibutor, you do not have to penetrate into the jungle of Eastern European (particularly Russian) business, in order to sell mobile phones and equipment there. WE CAN BE YOUR GATEWAY TO THE RUSSIAN AND UKRANIAN MOBILE PHONE MARKET. We know how to conduct business and properly manage risk locally, so all your worries are going to end before the product crosses the border. Most of our trade was and still is conducted in TDMA / D-AMPS standard, which is rather widespread in the countries of the former Soviet Union (as well as US, Australia and some other countries). However, most of our customers recently obtained local GSM licenses and are now interested in a variety of GSM phones. This market is extremely important to us and we are looking for suppliers of GSM handsets who would be willing to provide us with good and timely service, as well as competitive prices. Our main priority, therefore, is establishing profitable long-term relationships with GSM wholesalers and distributors in Europe and South East Asia.
