For large companies we offer a way to bolster an existing portfolio or put in place patent coverage to protect the evolution of important products. We are willing to negotiate flexible arrangements that might include:

* Royalty based payments or up-front payments
* Stock-based transactions with smaller companies
* Transactions with other patent holding companies
