World class quality control is a hallmark of Venture Manufacturing. All of our facilities are ISO13485 and ISO 9001 certified and our clean rooms are 10,000 CFR with FDA registration. Our overseas personnel are trained in building class II and class III medical devices that are used throught North America and Europe. Our Santa Clara facility is the final release center, where we perform a rigorous final Q&A on all products before they are shipped to our customers. We have delivered over 100,000 devices last year alone with a zero defect and return rate.

Our deep understanding and experience in manufacturing medical devices and instrument is replicated in each of our facilities. This enforces a consistency in all of our Venture Manufacturing's operations regardless of locations. Every process and related equipment for our contracts are initially validated in Santa Clara, then transferred to our overseas facilities, then validated again. All products are inspected at the maufacturing point and again at our Santa Clara headquarters to ensure the hightest level of consistency and customer satisfaction. Given our mutinational sourcing options, we have the ability to reduce your end product's cost structure, even at the early stage of market launch. We are a single source for contract manufacturing from initial samples up through full scale production. Along with our assembly capabilties, we will manage and control your materials cost through our supply chain management teams in Shanghai and Singapore without sacrificing the world class quality that your customers have come to expect from. Our component knowledge includes machined and injection molded parts from our Chinese operation, ceramic and metal injection molding in our Singapore facility. Laser stent cutting, and nitinol material forming and processing and building devices for vascular access, including the ballon catheter, with custom extrusion capabilities and guide wire is also done in our China plant. In addition, we offer EMS from our Singapore facility and a manufacturing plant Indonesia that focuses our instrument cutomers.
