we are a diversified company that deals with different products locally in the Sudan but mainly with manufacturing low income prefabricated homes. our prefabricated houses are made of agricultural left overs added to magnesium chloride pure powder plus magnesium oxide plus other additives to make a paste that we cook to create panels that we use to make the houses from.
we import the mgcl2 at a high cost now but we would like to manufacture it from the water of the Red Sea to bring down our initial cost.
we don't know the name of the machinery that is used to produce the mgcl2 from the sea water or who manufacture it or how much it cost.
we know that sea water is drawn from the sea by big bumps and hoses into large basins for the water to evaporate by the heat of the sun plus may be large fans that uses heat then driers and we don' t know what else. (Sudan is very hot most of the year with very little rain)
we know that 90% of the magnesium chloride that is being manufactured in China and India is from the sea water.
so we need the machinery that is going to help us to produce 7000 to 10000 ton per year of 98% to 100% pure powder of magnesium chloride from the Red Sea.
