Re:2004 Alaskan wild Salmon. We have acquired the exclusive rights to market the upcoming 2004 Alaskan Wild Salmon catch from Haines Alaskan Fishing Cooperative. The cooperative is comprised of a fleet of approximately ten commercial fishing boats. The catch capacity of each ship is approximately 100,000 pounds per trip. The amount of trip time varies. The fleet is equipped to bleed, gut and ice down on board. We are now in the process of pre selling the 2004 catch of Haines cooperative as follows. 2004 Salmon SeasonKingJune 14June 30ChumJune 20---July 14Sockeye July 15---Aug 30CohoAug 15--Sept 30 2003 average wholesale prices $3.75 to $4.25$2.50$4.00$3.50 to $3.80 I. Orders will be taken for multiple twenty (20) and forty (40) foot containers (minimum order one container) A twenty (20) foot container capacity is approximately 10,000 pounds and a forty (40) foot 20,000 pounds. 2. The price per pound will be at a discount rate often (10) percent of the daily market value (ninety (90) percent of the daily wholesale market price) 2. The projected price per pound for the 2004 season is based on the above stated 2003 average wholesale prices... 3. The price will be FOB Seattlefor slimed, headed, gutted whole fish. Processing, packaging, labeling, special cuts and, if required, flash freezing, and cold storage for up to one month Are available at an additional charge. Prices will be quoted upon request. 4. A letter of credit from an established banking firm will be required at the time of an order being placed. The amount of the letter of credit will be calculated as follows: The Number of pounds of fish per container Times the number of containers times the price per pound of the daily wholesale market rate. The letter of credit for pre season orders shall be based on last years prices and adjusted to daily wholesale market rate at the time of shipment. Fifty percent of the amount of the letter of credit shall be released to Global Network International. upon shipping and the balance released upon receipt of shipment.
