We work directly with the owners / oil producers and have allocations available 2mm to 5mm bbls per month from each source. Specifications are available for the products. We generally require an LOI to initiate the process. Pricing available CIF or FOB. We prefer long term relationships with secure buyers following initial trial shipments. Discounts negotiable based on volume.
