We began trading in January 2004 in a small shop and since then we had to move into a larger more practical warehouse near Miami town centre(september 2004). Sudo.K e-Market Ltd is paying for the shipping and insurance taxes.You will receive the product(s) in max. 3 working days ( depends on your location ).A signature will be required on delivery of the goods. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address will be proof that the order has been delivered to you.Also, you will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery process.The delivery will start only after we will receive 50% from the value ofthe package.After the inspection,the customer must transfer us the remaining balance.All products are checked and inspected before they are shipped. Sudo.K e-Market Ltd will provide full refunds for the products only. Customers will be responsible for all shipping fees in case of return.For refunds and exchanges, customers must apply via email within 5 days upon receiving the products. The products must be in their original condition and packaging. No refunds will be paid if these conditions are not met.We don't accept third parts (ex.Escrow or C.O.D ) and we don't ship to:-Algeria-Benin-Congo-Cote D'Ivoire-Gabon-Ghana-Maroc-Nigeria-Niger-Somalia-South Africa -Togo-Uganda-ZimbabweSample Policy:We do not send single samples. We receive daily about 30-40 requests for single samples. Most of them are requests from individual users, who want the items for their personal use and have no further intention of buying. At first we have sent the samples, till we realized that a scam was going.Maybe we have lost some possible clients because of our rule, but our loses do not compare with the time when we were sending samples.If you have further intentions on buying, we are sure that 2,000 USd (the minimum amount order) it is not such a big amount for your company, as it is not for us. But it assures us of your good intentions in the future.
