Mascon Ltd Co., formerly known as Global HB Trading Investment Co.,Ltd was established on 25/06/2007, specializing in trading on input materials for the construction industry and construction work. It is known as not a normal trading company but it belongs to a giant Group in Vietnam called "Heading Business Group" who own 2 big cement factories (Song Gianh cement plant, VCM) and 4 grinding stations (Cosovo 19, Cosovo Phu Yen, Cosovo Da Nang, Cosovo 1) in Vietnam.

For coal, recognizing the trend that coal for cement will be in shortage in the near future, Mascon has collaborated with its strategic partners in Indonesia and Vietnam for coal supply and consultance to cover this shortage.
