Coral Triangle Processors was established in the Marshall Islands as a raw material tuna sourcing company focusing on securing raw material from vessels operating in the Western Pacific Ocean.
Through a joint venture partnership, opened a BRC processing plant in Ho Chi Minh City. This temperature controlled processing plant can produce up to once FCL per day of tuna steaks, saku, and loins. CTP headquarters are now located at the plant in HCM.
CTP specializes in the worldwide procurement of high quality fresh, minus 40, and minus 60 tuna from hand line and longline vessels. Purchasing is done by Japanese trained technicians and university educated QC.
CTP is committed to sustainability and actively sources fish caught in a sustainable manner
CTP can produce under its own label Tuna products and also customer label and specifications.
All CTP tuna is heavily tested for histamine, salmonella, and other pathogens. It is produced under an operating HACCP plan.

AAA Saku : graded for low levels of connective tissue and cut from meat portions closer to the backbone and away from the skin. Larger blocks generally from 10 to 16 oz with a 3 to 5 inches width.
AA Saku : same as above but with a 2 to 3 inches width.
A Saku : higher level of connective tissue and/or lower color, perfect for searing. Value priced.
