AIM is a sourcing company specializing in the development and procurement of footwear, apparel, bags & backpacks, soft luggage, computer & tablet bags/sleeves, leather handbags and accessories primarily for clients from the Americas and EU. Complimenting AIM's expertise in sourcing & development, we utilize the industry's top design resources. We recently opened AIM China, a full service development and production facility located in Dongguan, China. AIM China develops & produces a broad range of footwear from infants & toddlers through technical running products. Rapid turnaround in product development, flexible order quantity minimums and cost transparency make AIM China a unique factory model that allows greater adaptation to the needs of footwear SMEs, helping our clients grow their businesses.

Scope

AIM Worldwide International Ltd is an Asian based, American owned and managed development & sourcing company with offices in Hong Kong and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. AIM provides value added services to companies in the footwear, bags & backpacks, and basic apparel markets. We offer a wide range of options, customized and scaled to customer need. Our primary services include product development, sourcing, production planning & management, on-site quality control, and reliable delivery of high quality goods. We work with a variety of brands from start-ups to mid-size corporations.

Team

We are a small, effective team of expatriates and nationals with extensive product and process experience. Our core footwear expertise is in athletic, casual and lifestyle products. In garments, we specialize in basic items including T-shirts, infants clothing, polo shirts and jerseys. In addition, we produce a variety of bags, backpacks, totes, soft luggage and other accessories. Our Hong Kong office manages the financial end of the business, and our HCMC operation looks after the day to day business within the region. We work with providers and suppliers in Vietnam and southern China, and are partners in a factory/development facility located in DongGuan, China.

Mission

AIM seeks out and works with start-up brands and companies that are in early growth stages. Our goal is to build strong, long term relationships by helping forward looking brands to procure high quality products that are competitively priced, and delivered on-time at the highest possible quality levels. We accomplish this goal by providing services and support that brands may not yet have in-house, or where there are gaps in the total experience required "end-to-end". By providing these support functions to our clients, we eliminate a portion of the front-end strain on resources and financing, thereby supporting each brand's ability to focus on brand-building and more rapid growth to a position of strength.
