LICOGI 166 JSC is an affilate of LICOGI infrastructure development and construction Corporation, operating in installation construction, construction materials production and trading, real estate investment and business.

In the year 2007, LICOGI 166 invested in fly ash production line with the product brand- named Pha Lai fly ash. The production line is equipped with drying wet line technology and the capacity is 500.000 MT/year. Pha Lai fly ash is an only product in Vietnam complied with ASTM-C 618 quality standard of America with specification: loss on ignition <6%, moisture content <3%. Pha Lai fly ash is qualified as the best fly ash in Vietnam by materials experts and end-users in Vietnam and the product has been trusted to be applied as additives for RCC concrete production in key construction works namely: Son La hydroelectric plant, Ban Chat Hydroelectric plant, Song Tranh No. 2 hydroelectric plants.

Currently, LICOGI 166 is the supplier of all 270.000 MT of fly ash for RCC concrete production on Ban Chat and Lai Chau hydroelectric plants. In the context of bad weather conditions and materials price as well as other expense increase, LICOGI 166 can still supply materials smoothly and timely to ensure enough quantity of fly ash for RCC concrete production in the construction sites. The effort of LICOGI 166 in the fly ash supplying activities is highly appreciated by EVN.

On the basis of preliminary study on geographic and construction conditions in Song Bung No. 4 Hydroelectric plant, LICOGI 166 estimates the supplying price of packed fly ash at the construction site is 1.300.000 VND/MT excluding VAT (Saying: Vietnam Dong one million and three hundred per metric ton excluding value added tax). The delivery condition: delivery on the transportation vehicles of the seller in the warehouse of the buyer).

The unit price mentioned above is just estimated and can be adjusted in accordance to the other conditions namely: payment, delivery and other conditions.
