Procedure to work with us
1.Receive the samples or designs from customers
2.Send quotation to customers
3.Confirmation of the official sample or design for production
4.Deposit of 30% of the contract in advanced before mass producing
5.The balance of 70% should be paid before delivery of products.
6.Deliver clothes to customers and after-sale service.
Return Policy
1.We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for a manufacturer credit only, we will re-send you the new size, color or an entirely different style (must be within the same price as originally purchased), Any questions, pls do not hesitate to let us know within 7 days of receipt of package.
2. No exchange or returns will be accepted after 7 days.
3. Meanwhile, we reserve the right to refuse any exchanged item that has a visible stain & special orders which includes garments
4. made to your specification(sizes),so pls kindly confirm all the details(Fabric, color, size, pattern., ect) clearly before mass production.
