I. INTRODUCTION: Set up in 1989, Upexim Hanoi is a branch of Forestry Products and Handicrafts Production and Import-Export joint stock Company (Upexim) and to be in charge of Ministry of Industry and Trade (former as Ministry of Trade of Vietnam) Upexim was equitized with the main share belong to employees.
