In 2011 it was changed into Dong Tam Import-Export Joint Stock Company under Decision 07/QD dated on 04th March 2011, Business Certificate No.: 1200100412 was re-issued by Service of Planning and Investment of TIENGIANG dated on 7th March 2011.
Dong Tam Import Export JSC was operated in subsidiary company model of The Dong Thap One Member Limited Liability Trading Petroleum Company Limited and The Sai Gon General Trading One Member Company Limited are mafor shareholder.

Rice business; processing and supplying of export rice.
