Our Design Department uses computer-aided technology which enables us to design a variety of PET containers and closures with tremendous accuracy, exploiting the best designs the technology can offer. We manufacture preforms ranging in weight from 13 grams to 120 grams. We also have a variety of bottle neck designs. We manufacture containers with volumes ranging from 100 ml to 8, 000 ml.
Besides our state-of-the-art equipment, we pride ourselves in our attention to quality control of all of our products. Bavico is the first manufacturer in the plastic industry certified ISO-9002. Our Quality Department is equipped with the most up-to-date machinery which ensures our product quality in accordance with the most stringent international standard of PET bottles (ASTM) such as clarity, wall thickness, weight, leak tested, pressure tested, volume, top load, etc.
