NhaTrang Textile Company (NTC) was founded on 27 April 1979 under the initially name of Construction and Exploitation Preparatory Committee for NhaTrang Spinning Plant, that had the modern synchrony spinning system of TOYODA (Japan) with almost 100,000 spindles and 800 rotor units HS. Since 1989 there has been a continuous investment in order to increase the spinning capacity the production of knitting, weaving, dyeing and garment products.
On 14 May 1992 the name was changed to NhaTrang Textile Company. From 1994 to this date the Company has been continuously invested in the production development of the socks with 1.2 million pairs per year, the modern Swiss spinning system of 10 080 spindles, of German and Japanese modern automatic cone winders. Nowadays NTC is a state-owned enterprise, directly dependent of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Corporation - belong to Ministry of Industry, established under Decree 388/HDBT, business registration number 100781 DNNN.
