In early November 2009, TCG completed issuing 6 millions TCM shares for the strategy shareholder, ELand Asia Holdings (Singapore) belonging to Eland Group (Korea). This was the second issue and it increased Eland's share possession at TCG up to 16 millions equal to 37% of Thanh Cong group's charter capital. As a result, Eland not only became the strategy shareholder but also directly took part in the management role at TCG.
It is probably said that with this important turning point, Thanh Cong, once more time, is one of the first textile & garment enterprises to cooperate and mobilize the capital as well as the management experience from foreign investors.
