The Y concept:
We founded the Y&Y Company in 2004. Our mission was to create a totally different kind of alcoholic drink, one that would lead the drinker through a whole new drinking experience. We believe that the drinking adventure is as vital as the flavor and the alcohol content. As such, our most important goal became making anyone who tries our drinks to feel the effect
We see no use in producing just another clone of an already existing drink, and although there were good drinks about, nothing was really interesting, original or surprising enough. We chose an
ingredient difficult to pass by - the chilli pepper.
