The company started its commercial operation back on 1993, getting engaged in producing knit fabrics such as Single Jersey,1x1 Rib, Pique, Interlock, Thermal, Fleece, French Terry, Flat Knit Collars, and more. The Fiber Contents used are Cotton, Blended Cotton, Cotton with Lycra attachment, etc. Being a Legal Public Limited Company, it has been listed with the Dhaka Stock Exchange and Chittagong Stock Exchange. The company belongs to one of the largest Group Of Companies in Bangladesh called Bangas-Tallu Group. The average Knitting capacity per day is 13,500.00 Kg(s) and for Dyeing, it is 10,000.00 Kg(s). It possess machinery originated from Italy, USA, Germany, England, Sweden, Korea, Japan, China, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India, and Bangladesh. The Factory undertakes production with existing 52 Circular Knitting machines and 8 Flat Knit machines, 17 Dyeing machines including Winch, Overflow, Softflow, andHigh Temperature; and there are 4 Lab Dyeing machines and other Testing equipments i.e. Spectraphotometer, Crocking Meter, pH Meter, etc. The Finishing process is carried out by 9 machines including Fabric Inspection machine and Raising machine and a Compacting machine from Tube Tex.
The Dyeing methods are Reactive & Disperse Dyeing, with Water supplied by Deep Tube Well with fully automated Water Treatment Plant with the Reverse Osmosis System. All the fabrics are AZO Free and conforms by good quality parameters within acceptable ranges. The factory is too popular because it offers a wide range of Dia(s) in Tube and a large volume of production capacity. The major Yarn suppliers are one of the sister-concern Tallu Spinning Mills at Chuadanga and others like TT, Winsome, Rajasthan, Premier, and for Dyes & Chemicals, the company prefers Ciba for better Fastness properties. Most prominent Buyers include Crocodile through another sister-concern Buying House called Milton Trading, and Otto, Neckerman, Galac, Bob The Builder, Auchan, FIFA, Spider-Man,through TVM. Other Buyers include Kohl's through Colby, then EWM, and Gap and Sears through Choice Group, Zellerds through Araz Group, Dillards through Sunman, Carrefour and Zara through Need, and many more.
