Longla Leatherex Limited currently has the following facilities for the production. More information is provided in accordance with the production lines for bags and SLG. Our capacity at full production is 30,000 bags/month or 60,000 SLG/month. OUR STAFF HAS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THE FOLLOWING BRANDS - MOTHERHOUSE, SEIKO, SHOUHAN, COVERI WORLD, BI CAVALLI, BAD BOSS, POLO CLUB, GAI MATILLO, GINO VALLENTINI AND SO ON.
The total area of the factory: 18000 square feet.
The total area of the store: 4000 square feet.
Total manufacturing area: 15,000 sq. feet.
Office & Showroom Area: 4200 sq.feet.
Sewing machines: 70
Cutting Machines: 10
A total of grinding and separation machines: 12
Other Machinery: 30
We are also have started a Tanning division for supporting the leather goods factory oriented customers, if required, whereby we can provide quality finished leather up to 100000 sq feet. Our leather developing partners are all world class chemicals manufacturers like - ALPA S.P.A , BASF, CLARIANT, STAHL, CHEMIPAL and others.
Compliance with the standards of regulation and ROHS:
Longla Leatherex Limited always firmly adheres to the rules and regulations relating to compliance matters, ROHS and labor laws. This organization holds with all government rules and regulations. We have sufficient fire fighting equipment, a strong team of firefighters, emergency exit areas, first aid, safe drinking water, day offices, etc. Longla Leatherex Limited always focus on the standards ROHS, and to take all commitments to create a safe working environment. We visit all the minute details of our production process, including flow control needle and proper documentation of MSDS sheets of all materials. We always train our staff to protect themselves from injury for good operational environment.
