Terms of Payment
1. Seller Issues Full Cooperate Offer with Proforma Invoice and Contract
2. Buyer accepts signs and Return F C O with Proforma Invoice and Contract.
3. Seller sends bank details for T T of 10000USD to be transferred into account by Buyer as initial payment to open purchase file for packaging labeling transportation and S G S Inspection at Port of loading to be initialized and delivery proceed faster and more accurate Compulsory for new contracts and binding only for First Month of supply
4. Seller package goods and S G S Inspection at Port of loading after copy of Receipt Payment and contract signed
5. First shipment commences immediately with duration of arrival at 3 to 5 weeks at port of Delivery
6. Buyer completes payment of remaining Cost of Total contract upon arrival of goods at port of delivery and presentation of Original copies of BL Packing List Hygienic Certificate S G S Certificate etc by one of our Agents Representative who will be at the port of unloading to finalize contract and balance payment.
