Tranco Production Machines Ltd. is the original inventor of the Automatic Distributed Gap Core machine and the process. We have been manufacturing our machines for over 30 years. Our oldest machines are still in production around the world. Our Motion Control machines are designed to build cores based on either a designated weight, circumference or diameter, with other great features as well. The Tranco SD1036 can build a core up to 36 inches in diameter weighing up to 800lbs. Our SDH1452 can build a core up to 1300lbs and 52 inches in diameter.
