Our objective is to provide professional services in the areas of sourcing, quality control, merchandising and shipping to fulfill your import requirements from India to the customers in Canada and United States.Sourcing:Depending upon the customer requirements in regard to quality, quantity, fashion and price, we would identify the manufacturing units in India. These manufacturing units would be assessed in terms of financial status, bankers and quota. Also the assessment would be made in terms of machines, type of machinery, production capacity, quality control systems, export performances etc.Quality Control:Quality control mainly involves monitoring of quality from fabric to finished product stage in the following several stages:- Testing of production fabric in all colors and designs to verify the conformity to the buyer's quality specifications.- Calling for approval of sample prior to production and verifying the style(as per the contract and/or buying sample), fitting, workmanship and recommending the changes and improvements if necessary- Verification, grading and approval of size specifications.- Calling for size set(a garment of each size) in actual production to check the conformity to approved sample.- Verification of incorporation of changes and improvement suggested at approval stage and conformed before commencement of production.- Inline inspection is done when the production commences. The main objective is to detect the deviations if any from the contractual specifications and detect defects in advance and eliminate it before it is too late.- Final or preshipment inspection when goods are ready for shipment. A third party inspector's like SGS/MTL/Lyodds depending upon the customer's requirement can be organized to do this.Merchandising:You can utilize our services in following way:- Monitoring of the order from fabric procurement stage to shipment and reporting the status of the orders to the buyers.- Locating the source to meet the requirements of the customer in regard to fashion and design.- Introducing new products to buyers to enable to expand the business.- Liaison between customer and supplier.- Guiding the vendor in preparation of the range to meet the customer's requirement in regard to fashion and designs.Shipping, Documentation and Forwarding:We have the expertise, knowledge and liaison to provide total logistic and transportation solutions in India.In terms of freight forwarding, shipping and air lines to various locations, we can provide you with value added services like- Vendor liaison.- Pre advice of all shipments on a regular basis with tentative arrival dates.- Informing loading and departure dates of your orders to enable to know the arrival dates and plan other requirements at your end.Terms and Conditions:-Orsang can act as a sole Buying Agency in India.- Customer can channel their entire buying and communication through us.We have few samples of garments with us at Toronto-Canada, which would enable you to assess our quality, workmanship and price. Alternately, if you can forward your samples to us and we would work out the cost and look forward for a business from you.
