W. Amsler Equipment Inc. Is a privately held Canadian company founded in 1994 by Mr. Werner Amsler. The company has earned a reputation for providing state of the art highly efficient reheat stretch blow molding machines and auxillary equipment for the PET-Industry. All W. Amsler Equipment Inc. (WAE) machines are hydraulic free. Wae provides auxilliary equipment for complete blow molding plants and water treatment and filling lines. The auxillary equipment includes bottle inspection units, air compressors, process chillers, mold temperature control units, blow dome spin-off trimmers, gaylord dumpers, vacuum conveyors and blowmolds. Machinery in the production show room provides the company with continuous ongoing Research and Development. Clients of W. Amsler Equipment Inc. Was the worlds first company to employ a servo electric mold clamping system on linear two-stage stretch blow molding machines. This innovation in reheat stretch blow molding was made in 1995, and allows production of PET bottles without inefficient and messy hydraulic systems. The all electric approach grants users with highly repeatable process conditions, energy savings of up to 50% versus machines with hydraulics, as well as savings in maintenance costs of 75% over rotary or linear hydraulic machines.
