With the Accu-Rolled seamless steel pipe production line, our main manufacturing process includes: Taper Boring, Accu-Rolling and Three-Roll Mini Tension Reducing process. The above processes assure exact sizes. Our company also provides high-quality internal and external surfaces.
Our company is equipped with online ultrasonic detection systems, eddy current detection systems, magnetic leakage detection systems, and automatic length measuring, weighting & marking systems. The advanced Heat Treatment Production Line was imported Temperature Control Systems from Germany Krom Schroder. We also imported patent products from Xian Heavy Machinery Institute, which is a significant pipe manufacturing equipment producer in China, and we imported online Ultrasonic Detection Systems from English Unicorn Company, with multi-detecting capacity and the whole wall thickness testing for pipes. Equipped with advanced manufacturing processes, complete tests and inspection systems, our strict process control system can ensure that stable and high-quality pipes are produced in our workshop.
