One is, the wind turbine can not start up at the low wind speed; another is, the wind turbine is not stable and safe under high speed wind. Our HCPVsolar power system usegallium arsenide solar cell which have high conversion rate can up to 39%,the unit power generation is 1.5-2 times higher than it from the crystalline silicon solar power. There are several advantages for our HCPV as the followings: no pollution, low consumption, less installation space, easy to maintenance.
