Established in June 2005, Shenzhen YUAO Technology Co., Ltd., renamed Shenzhen XINYUAO Technology Co., Ltd. in 2010, is the comprehensive industrial corporation of the product R & D, production and sales in a large industrial park in Baoan, Shenzhen, China, the business covering in professional ballasts and induction lamps, belonging to the Shenzhen Municipal Science and Technology Commission for record, regarded as advanced technology enterprise by the government.
Since 2006, the founders of the company have worked together with experts from Photonics Research Institute in China : Harbin Institute of Technology, have invested more than 8 million RMB to research and development, and have improved the lighting product of environmental protection with energy efficient : induction fluorescent lamp, which belongs to the fourth generation light source, owning the advantages of long life, high energy, high color rendering, non- strobe, fast start and environmental protection, etc.
Since XINYUAO's inception, for the talent, the senior engineer and professionals of photoelectric, magnetic, electronic have been introduced constantly. Meanwhile, it has absorbed a group of outstanding marketing and management talent. Currently, the company has dozens of people for senior engineer, R & D and senior management. For the management, the ISO9001 international standardization has been implemented.
