We use PP granules as raw materials to produce nonwoven fabric from 12gsm to 180gsm by melting, spinning, webbing and calendaring. We are the only one manufacturer who imports Italy nonwoven fabric production line in Shandong Province.The PP nonwoven fabric we produced is 3.2 meters width and 2.4meters width, it is free to be cut and with different widths for you to choose. We have all kinds of colors to satisfy you. Our products have features as even webbing, high toughness, wear-resistance, suitable softness and hardness, acid-resistance, non-poisonous, non-moth, ventilated, waterproof, easy oil-absorbing, easy washing, 0.9/cm3 specific gravity and 160 centigrade degrees soft point.Our PP nonwoven fabric has been sold to many countries, such as Japan, Korea, UK, Canada and Middle-east etc. markets. It also can be widely used in furniture, chemical industry, decoration packing, automobile, building material and other service field.
