Jiangsu SOHO International Group Corp. Is original Jiangsu Silk Imp.& Exp. Group Corp. Established in 1979. After twenty years development, it has grown a corporation with silk trade as mainly business, as well as industry development as basis, from past single trade company. It gradually develops to the diversification of capital, business and market. Now Corporation has 21 whole holding manufacturing and trade companies and 7 overseas enterprises. Now it becomes one of the biggest foreign trade corporations, specializing in silk import and export business in China. Its annual export volume is about US$300 million, in 1999. It is lied in No.52 in the 200 biggest export volume enterprises. By 1999, its registered capital is RMB123,530,000(about US$14,200,000), total assets is RMB 1.03735 billion(about US$ 125 million) net capital is 243.19 million(about US$ 29.3 million) and employees is 330. In Oct,1999, our corporation won the 'Quality system certification' of China Imp.& Exp. Goods Quality Certification Center. Jiangsu is an important base for the production and export of silk cocoons and silk fabrics, and its production of silk yarn and loomstate silk piece goods accounts for one fourth of the whole country. Presently, main export items of Jiangsu Silk Imp. Exp. Group Corp are six series of products silk cocoons, white steam filature, silk piece goods in loomstate, printed and dyed silk piece goods, silk embroidered ready-made goods, silk garments, silk knitted goods, silk necessities, etc. It has established stable trade relations with nearly 1,000 foreign partners in over 100 countries and regions. Otherwise, corporation also handles Imp.& Exp. On the textile, creation and sports articles, elect mechanical shipping, metal goods, light industry machine.

Technology& Trade Co. Ltd. Is a specialized subsidiary of Jiangsu SOHO International Group Corporation mainly dealing in import and export business of textile and silk raw materials, accesories. Dyestuffs and packing materials recreation and sports articles, toys, electromechanical shipping, metal goods, light industry machine as well as other commodities. It also engages in the import and export of various commodities and technology on angency basis and is authorized to run equity joint ventures or contractual joint ventures.
