Hebei Xiaonong Chill Pepper Products Co.,Ltd. produces a number of chili-related products for both the home market and for export, such as sterilized edible chili powder, quick-frozen fresh chili, selected dry chili, flaked chili pepper and chili seeds. In addition, the company produces a series of other products such as chili particles which are processed from raw materials.

The company was founded in July 2010 and is located in Quzhou County, Hebei Province, China, covering a factory area of 25, 000 square meters and office building area of 3,600 square meters, with a total investment of 86 million Yuan. The company has a staff of 156 people including 2 senior engineers, 6 engineers and a technical staff of 30 people. The company has the most competed and the most advanced production processing equipment. It can produce 3,600 tons of sterilized edible chili T powder, 2,200 tons of chopped chili pepper and 1,600 tons of fIaked chili pepper, 26,000 tons of specially selected dry chili pepper and 1,200 tons of chili seeds per year for export. In addition, 6,000 tons of chili plant pigment (chili particles) can be processed each year. In total, the annual production is valued at 360 million Yuan, with a foreign exchange income of 50 million Yuan.

In order to guarantee the excellent quality of our raw materials, we have established two of our own network of farms (planting base) which are given top quality seeds purchased from the USA firm, Monsanto. One base is in Quzhou County occupying more than 100, 000 mu in three years. The other is in XiJiang working closely with XinJiang Tian Jin Yuan AgricuIturaI Science and Technology Planting Professional Cooperatives in southern XinJiang to establish a planting base. The company has excellent instruments for monitoring product quality. Quality has been absolutely guaranteed.
