Obile (Xiamen) Precision Machine Co., Ltd. has been into business since 2002 and is located in the beautiful coastal city - Xiamen, China. We are specialized in developing and manufacturing kinds of machining parts with material of copper, metal, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, zinc, magnesium alloy and plastic. We own strong technical team, quality control system, and two subsidiaries (a precision machine factory and a Zn-Al alloy casing factory), which are equipped with 16 sets CNC machining lathes and turning centers (CITICEN, GOODWAY), 12 sets CNC machining centers (BROTHER, DOOSAN, HARTFORD), 12 sets aluminum alloy die castings machines and 3 sets zinc alloy die casting machines. This machining equipment allows for the manufacturing of complex parts and shafts in high quantities and tight tolerances and our experienced CNC machinists take pride in the quality. We are strictly following ISO 9001 quality management system with excellent quality management team and QC instruments, such us three-D, high precision 2.5 D projector.
Because of the large volume of work, we have developed close relationships with our material suppliers and brother factories and are able to purchase materials and make surface treatment at reduced prices. These savings are also passed on to our customers.
