This company, with the plant area of more than 5000 m2, is divided into the following three parts: 1. Manufacturing Center of Motor Iron Core Mold: There are Japanese 12 sets of Sodick slow wire cutting machines, WASINO small precision grinding machines, Taiwan Baofa large water grinding machines, CNC machining centers, milling machines and other series of precision manufacturing equipment; 2. Motor Iron Core Manufacturing Center: There are 8 sets of Japanese AIDA 110T punching machines, 2 sets of 200T punching machines and 12 sets of Taiwan Mingxu 60T punching machines; 3. Quality Inspection Center: There are 2 sets of American (HEXAGON) three-coordinate measuring machines with high precision, 2 sets of German Zhao Schneider scanners and 10 sets of Taiwan Rational quadratic element units; the three-coordinate measuring machines with high precision of 3000*1200 in specifications, are currently the largest one for the motor mold test in China.
Productivity of the company: 1. For motor molds: Monthly sales volume of 50 sets of the following products, including the iron core progressive dies of brushless motors, the iron core progressive dies of series excited machines, the iron core progressive dies of DC motors, the iron core progressive dies of induction machines, continuous drawing molds of the motor shell, etc..
2. For motor iron cores: Various iron cores of motor rotors or stators, with the total sales volume up to 80 million PCS.
