Shanxi Baolong Forging Co., Ltd. is the first crawler crane fitting manufacture. We also produce flanges, forgings, shafts, gears and other products, weighing from 1kg to 20,000kg, with various materials, including Q690E, Q890E, Q235, A350 LF2, A105, 16Mn, 09MnNiD, F304, F304L, F316, F316L, F321, F347, F317, F11, F22, F51, A694 F65, A694 F70, H13, GCr15, etc. We are able to finish the forging of these materials and heat treatment process.
Our company mainly produces various forgings, neck flanges, valve parts, crawler cranes and joints as well as flanges according to American standard (ANSI, B16.5, B16.47 and AB series), German standard (DIN series), British standard (BS4504 series), Japan standard (JIS series), Italian standards (UNI series), AUSTRALIA standard (AS series) and Chinese standard (GB, HG and JB series). We also provide non-standard flanges with specifications from 1/2"(DN15) to 60" (DN1500). We have established a strict quality assurance system covering the forging, turning, drilling and heat treatment processing. The monthly production capacity is 500 tons of flanges.
